Abundant Processed Products

Nanjing Apex Optics processes a wide range of products, including optical filters, window plates, reflectors, spherical mirrors, aspherical mirrors, prisms and cylindrical mirrors. In terms of materials, it is compatible with optical glass, fused silica, special resins and sapphire crystals, meeting specific material requirements for different scenarios. With a size range of 1mm to 500mm in diameter and a spectral range from ultraviolet to infrared, it can cater to application needs in projection equipment, imaging devices, digital cameras, automotive systems, lasers and optical instruments, providing targeted optical component solutions.

南京埃帕克斯光学（APEX）配备40余台玻璃冷加工设备，覆盖粗磨至精抛全环节；5台镀膜设备支持多种工艺，可满足紫外至红外波段膜系。近30台检测设备包括ZYGO轮廓仪、分光光度计等，贯穿全生产流程，实现面型、光谱等指标精准管控。完善设备体系保障生产全流程可控，确保产品一致性与质量稳定。

High-end Processing Equipment

Nanjing Apex Optics (APEX) is equipped with over 40 glass cold processing devices, covering all stages from rough grinding to fine polishing; 5 coating devices support various processes and can handle film systems in the ultraviolet to infrared bands. Nearly 30 testing instruments, including ZYGO profilers and spectrophotometers, are used throughout the production process to precisely control indicators like surface shape and spectrum. The comprehensive equipment system ensures the entire production process is controllable, as well as product consistency and stability.

公司掌握高精密冷加工技术与镀膜工艺，通过持续的工艺优化与技术改进，可实现纳米级面型精度控制。产品透光率可达99.5%，激光损伤阈值超过25J/cm²（@1064nm），光谱覆盖从紫外到远红外，支持产品性能满足多样化的应用需求。  

Advanced Coating Technology

The company has mastered high-precision cold processing and coating technologies. Through continuous process optimization and technical improvements, it can achieve nanoscale surface accuracy control. The products have a transmittance of up to 99.5% and a laser damage threshold exceeding 25J/cm² (@1064nm), with a spectrum covering from ultraviolet to far infrared, enabling them to meet diverse application requirements.
