Apex Optics is equipped with over 30 industry-leading precision testing devices, forming a quality monitoring network covering the entire process from raw material inspection to finished product acceptance. Leveraging the high-precision testing capabilities of advanced instruments, it achieves comprehensive quality control of optical components, providing solid assurance for product quality.  

 

-ZYGO 3D Optical Profiler**: With nanoscale measurement accuracy, it can intuitively present the microscopic morphology of the optical component surface, accurately capture key parameters such as roughness and flatness, providing detailed and precise evaluation basis for surface processing quality, and is a key device for controlling component surface quality.  

 

- G100 Laser Interferometer and ZYGO Laser Interferometer: They form a dual verification system. Through the analysis of interference fringes of laser beams, they can perform high-precision detection of the surface shape accuracy and wavefront error of components, effectively ensuring that the imaging quality of optical systems meets the design standards and improving the reliability of detection results.  

 

- Spectrophotometers (UV-3600, MPC-3100 and imported spectrophotometers)**: They form a complete spectral analysis matrix, which can fully cover the ultraviolet to infrared bands, accurately test optical parameters such as transmittance and reflectance, precisely match the special requirements for the optical performance of components in different application scenarios, and meet diverse testing needs.  

 

- High-precision Image Measuring Instrument: By combining high-definition optical imaging with intelligent algorithms, it can quickly complete the detection of geometric parameters such as component size and position degree, effectively eliminating assembly hidden dangers caused by dimensional deviations, and improving detection efficiency and accuracy.
